According to the March 2007 Gaming Industry Report issued by Deutsche Bank, “Las Vegas strip resort percentage of revenues derived from gaming activities has declined significantly from 1990 to 2006 while non-gaming revenues in hospitality have grown at a solid 6%.” They anticipate moving away from gaming with the upcoming wave of mixed-use supply integrating significant non-gaming amenities (residential, retail, convention, entertainment). This economic shift has prompted resort properties to utilize the resources of outside vendors to develop and manage hospitality ventures within the resort properties.

Our goal is to establish strong brand identities that target higher-end gamers through three approaches.  First, a carefully controlled ambiance provides a relaxed, comfortable, atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting to our clientele.  We use a proprietary information system that deeply mines client rosters, allowing us to customize customer services and deliver a personalized experience.  Finally, our tailored management processes greatly reduce employee turnover (which is notably high in this industry), providing returning visitors with familiar, friendly faces in the venue staff and ensuring that, behind the scenes, these customers are provided with the same quality and timely attention found in previous visits.
